We are pleased to inform that Shri Sahdev Yadav, President, Indian Weightlifting Federation has been elected as Vice President of Commonwealth Weightlifting Federation for the term 2022-2026 unanimously in the General Council Meeting of Commonwealth Weightlifting Federation held at Birmingham today.

India will also host 2 International events in 2023, first the Asian Weightlifting Federation has allotted the Asian Youth and Junior Weightlifting Championships and now the Commonwealth Weightlifting Federation also allotted 2023 Commonwealth Senior, Junior & Youth Weightlifting Championships to India.
