Purnima Pandey secured berth in the 2022 Commonwealth Games-Birmingham with a Gold medal during 2021 Commonwealth Weightlifting Championships at Tashkent. She lifted 229 kg and created 8 new national records in +87 kg weight category. The results of entire Indian team participated at Tashkent are as under:-
