Circular for participation during forthcoming IWLF Youth (Boys & Girls), Junior (Men & Women) and Senior (Men & Women) National Weightlifting Championships-2022-23 being held at Ponjesly College of Engineering, Nagercoil from 27 December 2022 to 7 January 2023 has been published.

Entries has to be sent online by email in the excel file template circulated amongst the affiliated units and States of Indian Weightlifting Federation.

All departmental boards have to arrange for their own Boarding & Lodging facilities at Nagercoil.
