Refund & Cancellation Policy: Corporates, Employers & Partners

In case of the purchase of an online package from the IWLF site, there will be no cancellation once the amount is paid. Under no condition will IWLF refund the amount once paid.
In case of multiple payments for a single product, you are requested to bring the same to our notice. After your notification, we will be able to refund the extra amount within 7 days on a case-by-case basis. The same needs to be brought to our notice within 7 days of the transaction, after which we will not be able to refund the same.

Refund & Cancellation Policy: Candidates

Once bought, under no circumstances can your subscription be considered for cancellation. In addition, under no circumstances will any refund be made either in part or in full.
When registration is incomplete or an ID card is not provided, our team will thoroughly investigate the matter for a refund. Decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis. Please note that under no circumstances is a refund guaranteed.
In case you have bought services multiple times under any circumstances, our team will investigate the matter thoroughly and decisions will be made on a case-by-case basis. Again, under no circumstances is it guaranteed that your payment will be returned.
Under no circumstances is your subscription transferable to another account holder or any other account you wish to create. Any attempts leading to such a conclusion may force IWLF to cancel your account and withdraw all services.
Subscription is valid for a certain period and certain usage. It will expire automatically if either is utilized. One can renew the subscription by paying the required amount. Under no circumstances will there be any extension of the same.
